My passion and dedication to my work comes from a very personal place. I am determined to see women freed from the lies and destructive lifestyles that are holding them back. My goal is for women around the world to reach beyond what they thought they were capable of, live a healthy lifestyle, and discover true confidence in their bodies.
Movement became a passion of mine, and a daily coping mechanism, at the young age of 11. Movement became my medicine, and food restriction became the tool I used to feel in control. This was my battle, and it wasn't until my late 20's when I experienced my own personal breakthrough, that I was free. I learned how to fuel my body, fell in love with feeling strong, and found confidence in my own skin. This was the moment I knew I wanted to help other woman feel strong, approach life with confidence, and feel supported in their health journey.
Daily Routine Fitness was birthed from a very personal place of learning to move through discomfort, showing up when it felt vulnerable, and loving my body in every season. My hope is that Daily Routine Fitness would provide you with a community where you are known, feel seen, but also challenged in whatever stage of your health journey you're in.

I joined Rachel's 6 Week Challenge after feeling like I had let myself go during the past couple of years. I was looking for accountability and weekly workouts that were challenging yet could fit my busy lifestyle. Within 2 days, I felt like a renewed woman - my energy was up and I started feeling stronger and excited to build on my strength and endurance. After 6 weeks, I could see definition in every part of my body but most of all, my confidence was back. Hey Rachel! Just want you to know how much myself (and my hubby as well who has been doing each challenge) are enjoying the workouts! This is the most I've worked out consecutively since pre-babies almost 5 years ago. My core has been destroyed after 2 C-sections but this week I've felt a turning point and am feeling stronger and more defined. I joined this challenge to become stronger again and in control of my body. Not to necessarily lose weight, but to get toned and gain some muscle tone. Anyways, just wanted to let you know we haven't missed a workout and are loving it so THANK YOU!
