Movement has been at the core of our journey from the very beginning. For many of us, it started as a way to cope, to find control, and to push through life’s challenges. But like so many, we had to learn the hard way—movement isn’t about restriction or punishment. It’s about strength, confidence, and truly fueling our bodies in a way that supports us.Our breakthroughs didn't happen overnight, but when they did, we knew we wanted to help others experience that same freedom.

Daily Routine Fitness (DRF) was built from a deeply personal place— learning to push through discomfort, showing up even when it felt vulnerable, and learning to love our bodies in every season. Our hope is that this community provides you with a space where you feel known, seen, and supported, but also challenged to grow in every stage of your health journey.
